The AIDS Task Force of the Upper Ohio Valley, (ATF), is located in Wheeling, West Virginia and provides Ryan White Part B services, including the AIDS Drug Assistance Program, (ADAP), to persons living with HIV/AIDS throughout the state of West Virginia.
HIV prevention services are offered throughout the northern panhandle of West Virginia and in neighboring counties of southeastern Ohio.
